Practice & Meet Schedules

Practice Schedule
Practices are Monday-Saturday each week of season. Swimmers should attend the practice time they registered for in advance of season. Can’t remember which class you signed up for? No problem. Current class rosters are posted below.

Once season beings, detailed schedules will be posted by month.

Novice and Intermediate Swimmers:
10:00-11:00 AM Monday-Thursday   (Class Roster as of)   OR
6:00-7:00 PM Tuesday-Thursday & 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday   (Class Roster as of)  

Note: The evening practices are combined with the Advanced practice group. Each group will have their own coaches, lanes and workouts.

Advanced Swimmers:

9:00-10:00 AM Monday-Friday (Class Roster as of) OR
6:00-7:00PM Monday-Thursday & 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday   (Class Roster as of)

Note: Evening practices are combined with the Nov/Int group. Each group will have their own coaches, lanes and workouts.

Club Meet Schedule
Warm-ups begin at 5:00PM for every meet at Lincoln. The meet begins at 5:30 p.m. We will have 15 minute rotations, so kids can get a warm up in during this 30 minute warm up period at any time.

Please remember to sign-up for the club meets within the sign-up window since we can’t accept late entries. Sign-ups close at noon on the date listed.

Note: SDMS will take off Saturday, July 1 and Monday, July 3rd in observance of the 4th of the July holiday.

In the event of inclimate weather, practice will be cancelled. South DM Swimming will post something on the website, send an email, post on Facebook, ect if this were to occur.
