Midwest Regionals is held at the University of Minnesota’s Aquatic Center each spring. Athletes can only participate in this meet by swimming faster than the qualifying times at a club or USA swim meet.
The age cut-off for events is the first day of the meet for anyone wanting to their swim to count as a USA Swimming seed time. It will be December 1, 2016 for all others swimmers. When reviewing the qualification times, be sure to use the proper age-bracket for your child’s age based on the above..
Midwest Regionals is open to all club swimmers who can qualify. You do not have to be a USA member to participate.
