The MidWest Regional swim meet is held at the University of Minnesota’s Aquatic Center each spring.  Athletes can only participate in this meet by swimming faster than the qualifying times at a club or USA swim meet. The age cut-off for events is the first day of the meet, March 23, 2019 OR December 1, 2018. Athletes wanting their swims to count for USA Swimming seed times must use the March cut-off for ages. When reviewing the qualification times, be sure to use the proper age-bracket for your child’s age based on the criteria above (for most swimmers this is December 1, 2018).

MidWest Regionals is open to all club swimmers who can qualify. You do not have to be a USA member to participate.
