May 6th marks the start of a new round of club swimming and diving. After a brief break for the month of April, pool will be filled with kids learning new skills and strengthening old ones.

May Club Diving

The May Dive Clinic sold out in just hours! We’re so excited to be working with our new and returning divers. The clinic is held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6PM. The first night, all new divers won’t need their swim suit. Returning divers should wear theirs. After a review of rules and safety requirements, both groups will focus on learning and perfecting the steps and skills needed to dive off the diving board.

Note: There won’t be practice Memorial Day (Monday), so practice will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the last week.

Advanced/USA Elite Spring Camp

Advanced and USA Elite swimmers will be getting back in competition shape a little early. This group of swimmers (made up of all ages) will be using the clinic to get ready for early USA meets and to start the summer club season off strong.  The clinic will focus on stroke developement with specific drill work and more individualized attention. The athletes will also be working on start and turn technique to maximize performance in meets. Currently there are a few spots open for non-year-round Advanced/USA Elite swimmers. The camp practices are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays from 6-7PM and Saturdays 9:30-10:30AM.

Note: There won’t be practice for swimmers on Memorial Day (Monday), so practice will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday that week.
