South DM Swimming will resume practice on January 8th!

Please note the date change from Tuesday. The high school boys meet was moved from Monday (1/6) to Tuesday (1/7) due to the extreme cold. This means we had to delay the start of practice by one day to Wednesday.

We’re looking forward to the start of the second half of season and preparing for the big Conference Championship in February.
