South DM Swimming continued to work hard, swim fast, and take 80% of the top 6 finishes against the North West Swim Club last Monday evening at Lincoln High School. Highlights from the meet included:

Aubrie Robel going a 32 in the 50 freestyle, a personal best for Aubrie!
Aubrey Douds and Lauren Benson qualifying for MN Regionals in the 200 free!
Torin Lackmann setting her best time in the 50 breast and qualifying for MN Regionals!
Will Chase hitting a 16.52 in his 25 free!

The team now has two full weeks of practices to prepare for Altoona coming to Lincoln on 2/10. This will be a warm up meet to see some of the competition SDMS will face at the 2014 Conference Swim Meet on 2/21 and 2/22.
