The winter season for South Des Moines Swimming has officially begun! We welcomed 35 new swimmers to the team and are excited for them to enjoy being a Seahawk!

The first SDMS meet is a Gray vs. Gold match-up on November 17th. All the athletes are training hard to improve on prior times or see a strong starting point for events never swam before. They make up a dedicated group with practices held six days a week to accommodate all swimmers’ ages and abilities.
